LEARNING FOR LIFE TOOLThe Learning for Life Tool is a free, online, searchable, decision-tree based catalogue of adult education opportunities in Elgin County, Middlesex County, and Oxford County.
LITERACY LINK SOUTH CENTRALLiteracy Links South Central connects Literacy and Employment through Essential Skills. Literacy Links South Central(LLSC) is a non-profit literacy network and a registered charity. They are funded primarily by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Literacy Link South Central helps to create and maintain a well-coordinated literacy system to meet the literacy needs of their service area.
LLSC includes a set of 7 Interactive Workbooks, available online, to identify, develop and build an inventory of essential skills, and connect to job search and employment.
THE APPRENTICESHIP NETWORKTAN provides and promotes apprenticeship information to employers, youth, and job seekers in Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford.

ONTARIO SKILLS PASSPORT & SKILLS ZONEThe Ontario Skills Passport and Skills Zone provides clear descriptions of Essential Skills and work habits and includes videos and tasks that show how people use these skills in everyday life and on-the-job. Learners can use tools and resources to assess, build, document and track their skills and transfer them to further education, training, the workplace and everyday life.
SKILLS FOR SUCCESSThrough extensive research, the Government of Canada, along with other national and international agencies, has identified and validated key Skills for Success. These skills are used in nearly every job and throughout daily life in different ways and at varying levels of complexity.
